Tinal is extremely wear resistant coating when used at high temperatures and speeds in a wide range of high strength applications. It is commonly used on steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal. Tinal is a proprietary coating exclusive to Walter Titex.
Spiral flutes are constructed with a higher flute angle to remove chips more easily.
